Production Details Grapes sourced from Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge with a small batch from Bot River. Hand-picked into small crates. Most fruit was sent to used 300 litre barrels after whole-bunch pressing; a small portion fermented on skins for five days before returning to barrel. Fermented spontaneously, matured for six months in barrel, then lightly filtered before bottling and matured for six months in bottle before release.
