Production Details W.O. Tradouw. Blend of the finest hand picked grapes from various vineyard blocks. Continental climate with dry summer days, cool evenings, and ocean breezes extending ripening. Hand-punched down; wild yeast fermentation for 14 days. Matured separately in only the best barrels for thirty six months. No fining or filtration.
