Production Details Fruit comes from a single Franschhoek vineyard planted in 1988 on south-facing slopes at 400m above sea level. Grapes are handpicked, whole-bunch pressed, and the juice is settled in stainless steel for one day. 70% is fermented and matured in old French oak and 30% in stainless steel before secondary fermentation in bottle.
