Production Details Hand harvested at 21-22.5 °B with total acid of 8.5g/l. Yield: 6.5-8 tons/Ha. 100% barrel fermented using 35% new 228 liter fine-grained oak barrels with balance in 2nd and 3rd fill barrels. 25% underwent malolactic fermentation.
