Production Details Whole bunch pressed with skin contact. Fermentation started in stainless steel with ambient yeast, then racked into French barrique. Battonage to bolster mid-palate. 10 months barrel maturation on fine lees. Lightly filtered before bottling.
Tasting Notes Pale yellow. Aromas of lemon curd, tangerine, wet stone, toasted spices, orange peel. Creamy oatmeal texture with crisp fresh acidity, pithy grip. Flavors of orange and grapefruit segments, salted lemons, crushed almonds. Finish of Drambuie, lemon zest, honeysuckle, pineapple.
