Production Details The 2023 vintage was marked by extreme rainfall in March, with over 600 mm falling over three weeks. Around 60% of production was lost after rot removal and crop thinning. Grapes were picked on 3 April, cold-soaked for two days, fermented at 18-24 C for just over 15 days with an inoculated yeast strain favoring fruit expression, then matured in barrels until the New Year.
