Production Details Grapes underwent sorting in the vineyard and a second bunch-and-berry sort at the cellar. Juice was fermented with selected yeast cultures, with vineyard blocks handled separately. Fermentation was temperature-stopped for one portion, which was later blended back for natural off-dry fruitiness; the remainder fermented dry and stayed on fine lees. The final wine was blended and stabilized before bottling.
Tasting Notes Pale with a green tint; fresh fruit, citrus blossom, and zesty lime; delicate palate with mid-palate texture, restrained Riesling character, a mineral core, complexity, structure, and a lingering finish.
Food Pairing Gorgonzola and roasted sweet-potato salad with honey dressing; pan-fried prawns with paprika, toasted sesame, and yoghurt dressing; roast pork chops with pomegranate and coriander salsa.
