Production Details Vineyard planted in 1987, making it the first commercial Chardonnay planting in the Elgin region and the first to hold Certified Heritage Status from the Old Vine Project. Exclusively made from whole bunch pressed Chardonnay grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in French oak barrels. Lees aging for 9 months. No malolactic fermentation performed to preserve acidity. 73 cases produced, 50 cases auctioned.
