Production Details Approximately 30% of the grapes entered the tank as whole bunches and were gently foot-stomped; the balance was destemmed and crushed on top. After fermentation, the wine remained briefly on its skins before transfer to barrel.
Tasting Notes Fruit, firm gripping tannins and freshness; the producer's retrospective December 2013 tasting also described spicy oak and fresh minerality.
