Production Details Chardonnay was hand-harvested early in the season during the cool of night to retain high natural acidity and low sugar; healthy whole bunches were gently pressed, naturally fermented in wooden foudres, and bottle matured in an underground cellar.
Tasting Notes Intensely aromatic and finely chiselled; ripe green figs, sunburst limes, white pears, green peppercorn, lemons, white citrus and green apples, with tiny-beaded mousse, invigorating acidity, lemon cream, beurre noisette and a flinty finish.
