Production Details Grapes sourced predominantly from selected vineyards in Stellenbosch, Paarl and Swartland. Careful canopy management exercised for bush vines to avoid excessive sunlight exposure and ensure even ripening. All vineyard parcels harvested at optimum ripeness and vinified separately. Extended skin contact (12-16 hours) before free-run juice transfer to stainless steel tank for low-temperature fermentation with selected yeast strains. Aged on lees for 2 months prior to bottling.
