Production Details Grapes were hand sorted, fermented without stems, and regularly pumped over at approximately 25°C. Franschhoek Viognier was picked with and added to some Shiraz tanks for co-fermentation.
Tasting Notes Rose petals, eastern spice, integrated oak, liquorice, savoury salami and red peppercorn; soft, gentle, medium-bodied palate.
