Production Details Grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness, destemmed, and fermented as separate batches under controlled conditions for gentle extraction of colour, flavour, and tannin. Parcels were blended after reaching the desired harmony and balance.
Tasting Notes Vibrant ruby red; ripe blackberry, mulberry, red cherry, fragrant fynbos, sweet spice, subtle oak, juicy dark fruit, soft savoury undertones, finely textured tannins, bright acidity, and a smooth lingering finish.
Food Pairing Grilled ribeye, rosemary roast lamb, slow-braised beef, mushroom-based dishes, and mature cheeses.
