Production Details Paarl Shiraz was co-fermented with Viognier; Darling and Swartland components were fermented separately. Pump-overs were performed up to three times daily.
Tasting Notes Intense dark-ruby colour; dark red fruit, brooding spice, violets, black pepper, sweet dark fruit, cinnamon, layered complexity, juicy tannins, and a long finish.
