Production Details Pressed after sufficient structure had been extracted; the cultivars were matured separately, and eight barrels were selected for the final blend.
Tasting Notes Black-burgundy colour; dark plums, cassis, warm spice and loose black tea leaves; deep ripe black fruit, liquorice, fine tannins and a subtly sweet finish.
