Production Details Blend of the producer's Single Vineyard Pincushion and Sugarbush Sauvignon Blanc parcels. The grapes underwent 12-hour skin contact before being drained and gently pressed. Fermentation started in stainless steel and after five days was transferred to barrel to finish fermentation.
