Production Details 16 months total aging. 70% French oak and 30% Hungarian oak. Harvested at 26° Balling. Crushed and de-stemmed, cold-soaked at 10-15°C for 3 days in rotor tanks. Primary fermentation 6-7 days in rotor tanks turned every 4-6 hours. Malolactic fermentation after racking and pressing.
