Production Details Harvested between mid-February and mid-March. Grapes were crushed into open concrete fermenters, given a few days of cold soak, then fermented with regular punch-downs before 14 months in 100% French oak, 20% new, followed by 8 months in tank. The producer notes a normal wet cold winter, healthy ripening up to harvest, and a wet, tricky end to harvest.
