Production Details A 2.8-ton parcel was hand-harvested and table-sorted, then fermented with 75% whole clusters using daily pump-overs and punch-downs during a 15-day fermentation. It was pressed at dryness into neutral puncheons and barriques and matured undisturbed for 17 months. Production was 122 cases, and the stated vineyard yield was 2 tons per acre.
