Production Details Ungrafted vines from Bishop Creek, Hyland and Nysa; organic and biodynamic cultivation. Hand harvested into one-eighth-ton bins, sorted in vineyard and winery, completely destemmed. Harvest sugar 23.5 Brix. Bottled March 27, 2025; 396 cases produced.
Tasting Notes Cocoa, lavender, juniper, tobacco, cedar, strawberry, cassis, blackberry, blueberry, sandalwood and orange peel; fine granular tannins and persistent savory finish.
