Production Details 413 cases. The vineyard is at 200–400 feet, is farmed using certified-organic materials and biodynamic methods, and yielded 1.8 tons per acre in 2024. The wine spent 11 months on fermentation and malolactic lees in 20% new French oak, 65% used French oak and 15% stainless-steel barrels, then was racked with light lees to stainless-steel tanks for another five months before bottling. The producer’s master sheet describes its 2024 Chardonnay protocol as usually whole-cluster pressed, with gentle foot-treading used for some fruit depending on condition and acidity.

Production Details Approximately 187 cases before bottling. The vineyard is at 200–400 feet, is farmed using organic and biodynamic methods, and yielded 1.24 tons per acre in 2022. The Chardonnay protocol usually employed whole-cluster pressing, with some fruit gently foot-trodden when condition and acidity warranted; juice was settled overnight, then fermented in barrel. The wine spent 12–14 months in barrel before being racked with fine lees to stainless steel for the remaining maturation. Approximately 20% new French oak and traditional 228-liter barrels were used, with approximately 10% fermented in stainless-steel barrels.
