Production Details Approximate pre-bottling production was 175 cases and vineyard yield was 0.92 tons per acre. The 2022 vineyard-designated Pinot Noir protocol used night-harvested fruit arriving at 50–60°F, native fermentation with punch-downs and pump-overs, stainless-steel and wood fermenters, some whole clusters, and destemmed but uncrushed remaining fruit. Wines were generally pressed at dryness without extended maceration, rarely racked, kept on lees until bottling, and matured approximately 14–17 months in barrel with about 20–25% new wood. The site was farmed organically and biodynamically without certification.
Tasting Notes Whole-cluster notes, cola, allspice, roasted tones, violets and medicinal nuances; excellent acidity, pronounced fine-grained mature tannins, a chewy and salivating palate, and a slowly developing fruit-and-mineral finish
