Production Details Cobb’s technical notes give a vessel or élevage breakdown of 25% new French oak, 50% neutral oak, and 25% stainless steel, and report production of 95 cases. The May 2012 Josh Raynolds review reproduced by Cobb adds that the wine spent 20 months in oak, 25% new, and then rested in stainless steel before bottling.
Tasting Notes Josh Raynolds, May 2012: pale yellow-gold; aromas of lemon curd, pear, iodine and white flowers; bright, focused orchard-fruit and floral flavors; a dry, nervy finish with excellent clarity and lingering minerality.
