The factsheet reports residual sugar below 1 g/L and recommends serving at 16–18°C; these bounded/range values are retained here rather than converted into exact canonical numbers. Decanter reports six barrels from the 2.5-acre vineyard and notes slightly higher residual sugar than prior releases. The producer calls the vineyard organically farmed but is internally inconsistent about planting year: its narrative says 1994 while its data table says 1993.
Tasting Notes Black pepper, coastal salinity, savory meat and spices, with a rich palate and long, smooth finish.
