Tasting Notes At a 2018 retrospective tasting, John Foy described rusty-red color; pungent raspberry, herbal and black-raisin aromas; an earthy red-fruit palate of medium body; soft tannins; a mineral backbone; and a red-fruit finish. Jameson Fink, tasting the retrospective wines from magnum, additionally noted remaining fruit, a balsamic finish, and high acidity.
