Production Details The Chardonnay was hand-picked during a cool late-August morning and placed into the press within hours. After gentle whole-cluster pressing, the settled juice was barrel fermented, completed malolactic fermentation, and matured sur lie for 18 months in 100% new François Frères French oak barrels. The sheet prints residual sugar as “<0” without an adjacent unit; this qualified, anomalous entry is retained here rather than converted into an exact residual_sugar_gl claim.
Tasting Notes Coconut cream, walnut, toasted barley, yuzu, honeysuckle, orange blossom, oak spice and white-chocolate meringue; soft richness with substantial mid-palate length and weight.
Food Pairing Roasted lobster with herb butter; creamy butternut-squash soup; or lemon-glazed chicken with almonds.
