The wine spent twelve months in air-dried American oak; the technical table specifies 15% new, 20% one-year-old, and 65% four- and five-year-old barrels, but the narrative separately says 20% new American oak, an unresolved internal producer conflict. The sheet also reports 3 tons/acre and sulfur additions of 35 ppm at crush and 236 ppm over aging; these are process additions, not a finished-wine sulfites analysis.
Tasting Notes Plush and rich, with dark Morello cherry, strawberry jam, ripe blackberry, integrated acidity and tannin, and a lingering vibrant finish
