Production Details Fruit came from a small block of Dusi Vineyard that ripened beyond full maturity. Initial grape sugar at harvest was 26.0% by weight, while residual sugar in the finished wine was 0.31% by weight. Fermentation did not finish until the following spring, when the wine had already been in barrel for some time.
Tasting Notes Rich nose; sweet, jammy raspberry fruit; dry and almost austere palate; good acidity and considerable tannin.
