Production Details 1.77 tons were hand-picked. The juice was intentionally oxidized and cold-fermented, then aged sur lees for five months. Production was 104 cases, and the vineyard yield was 2 tons/acre. LIOCO's section was farmed organically by Graham Tatomer. Kick-on Ranch lies 14 miles from the Pacific in the east–west-running Los Alamos Valley, where cold ocean breezes promote slow, even ripening.
