Production Details The wine matured for 20 months in 100% new François Frères French oak. Individual small lots were kept separate through fermentation and aging; the best barrels were selected and reevaluated several months later before the final blend. Grapes were hand-picked and heavily sorted, open-top fermented with manual punch-downs once or twice daily, and the high-end Pinot lots were moved only by gravity, never pumped.
