Production Details The must was intentionally oxidized before a cold fermentation. The wine was raised in old barrels until nearly dry, then transferred with all fine lees to Champagne glass in early December. Production was 121 cases from 1.83 tons of fruit; vineyard yield was reported as 5 tons/acre.
