Production Details The vineyard was completely dry-farmed and tended with minimal intervention. After fermentation, the wine spent ten months in barrel, was filtered to inhibit further malolactic fermentation, bottled, and held for an additional year before release. The importer specifies used barriques, residual sugar below 1 g/L, a recommended serving range of 9–13°C and recommended decanting. Production was 258 cases.
