Production Details Hudson Vineyard yielded 1.75 tons per acre in 2020, down from its stated three-ton-per-acre average because of poor spring set. Earlier picking kept grape skins more intact during pressing and reduced solids. Approximately 550 cases were available, compared with the usual approximately 1,000 cases.
Tasting Notes Yellow-skinned orchard fruit, salted apricot, lemongrass and delicate salinity; broad, silky palate with bright acidity.
