Production Details After base-wine fermentation, spring tasting trials were used to assemble the blend. The finished blend underwent a second fermentation in bottle and aged on yeast lees for about four years. The release date was October 1, 2021; production was 1,093 nine-liter cases in 750 mL bottles.
