Production Details Van Horn Vineyard was planted in 2007 and was formerly a pear orchard. The wine received six months of élevage in stainless steel, with the companion technical sheet specifying a 100% stainless-steel tank, and production totaled 226 cases. The producer documents conflict on finished-wine residual sugar and style: the sell sheet reports 2% residual sugar and describes the wine as off-dry/Halbtrocken, whereas the companion technical sheet reports less than 1% residual sugar and calls it dry and balanced.
