Production Details 2.04 tons were hand-harvested. The fruit was destemmed and cold-soaked for 4 days, then fermented on its skins with native yeasts for 14 days with daily pumpovers and occasional punchdown. It was pressed to neutral puncheons for 9 months. Production was 154 cases; vineyard yield was 4 tons/acre; farming was described as Practicing Organic.
Tasting Notes Creamsicle, penny and dragonfruit aromas; blood orange, cantaloupe rind and turmeric flavors.

Production Details 1.18 tons were hand-harvested. The fruit was 100% destemmed and cold-soaked for 4 days, followed by a 13-day wild-yeast skin fermentation with daily pumpovers and some punchdowns during the final days. It was pressed and racked to neutral puncheons for 5 months. Production was 107 cases; vineyard yield was 4 tons/acre; the vineyard was farmed without herbicides or pesticides.
Tasting Notes Coriander seed, night-blooming jasmine and petrichor aromas; preserved mandarin, honeydew rind and rock-salt flavors.
