Production Details All fruit came from The Bench Vineyard, a Vino Farms site converted to Biodynamic farming in 2021 and Regenerative Organic farming in 2024. The grapes were transported from Lodi in a refrigerated truck, pressed, fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, and aged in stainless steel. The wine was bottled in January 2026; production was 335 cases.
