Production Details All grapes came from the organically farmed Fenaughty Vineyard, which the producer places at 2700+ feet; the grapes were harvested by hand. At Tablas Creek they were fermented, blended and aged in neutral barrels, then reassembled. Production was 498 cases.
Tasting Notes Pine forest floor, juniper, fruitcake, maraschino cherry, chocolate truffle, dried cherry, cola and salted caramel; woodsy, alpine and sun-warmed in character.
