Production Details The Otto Reynard parcel was planted in 2016 and propagated from the August James block; farming was certified organic and biodynamic. The 2023 fruit was 100% destemmed, received three punchdowns in total plus daily circulations, and underwent native fermentation for 10 days in open-top stainless steel. Élevage was in one three-year-old 500L French Ermitage puncheon. Production totaled 48 cases.
