Production Details Official producer specification: 100% whole-cluster vinification with three circulations, native fermentation in open-top stainless steel for 12 days, and élevage in two 500 L three-year-old Ermitage Vache Forest puncheons; 97 cases were produced. Skurnik’s page conflicts on cooperage by listing one 265 L cigar and one 500 L puncheon, while an embedded Jeb Dunnuck review also says fermentation occurred in concrete and reports 14 months in neutral French-oak puncheons; the producer specification is therefore retained without merging those incompatible vessel accounts.
