Production Details Production was reported as 568 cases. Élevage comprised 58% new oak, with the remainder in one- to two-year-old barrels plus a small stainless-steel component. Michel Jamais recommended serving at approximately 14°C and reported that his tasted bottle still showed well at 18°C after five hours of decanting.
Tasting Notes Vinous: apricot, peach, honey and exotic white flowers; voluptuous, intense and vibrant, with slight reduction requiring air. Michel Jamais, 14 April 2011: violets, lilies, lavender, licorice, vanilla, roasted oak, sweet lemon and flowers; full-bodied, fruit-forward and long, with persistent acidity and noticeable alcoholic warmth.
