Production Details Roussanne and Petit Manseng were co-fermented. The wine matured for approximately 20 months in 9% concrete eggs, 4% amphora, 9% used barrels and 78% new French-oak puncheons.
Tasting Notes Jeb Dunnuck, October 2019: vivid gold; caramelized Meyer lemon, dried herbs, spice and rocky mineral notes, with full body and bright, racy acidity. Vinous, September 2019: dried pear, almond, honey and wildflowers, with a rich, unctuous texture and savory complexity.
