Tasting Notes Wine Advocate (February 2002) described citrus, honey, flowers, mango and tangerine, with full body, underlying acidity and balanced structure. International Wine Cellar (November 2001) reported pale gold color, restrained gunflint, nuts, smoke and stone, followed by yellow fruit, lees and mineral nuances, lively acidity and a long finish. Marcelo Copello’s tasting published in 2016 found a deep golden-yellow wine with resin, wood, vanilla, apricot, pastry, macerated flowers and white chocolate, plus a concentrated, oily palate and low acidity showing signs of decline.
