Production Details The fruit was 92% estate-grown, with the balance from contracted vineyards. Twelve percent was destemmed, and whole-cluster fermentation was used extensively. Maturation lasted 25 months in barrels divided among 600-L (37%), 300-L (10%), and 228-L (53%) formats.
