Production Details Fermented with approximately 43% whole clusters, predominantly Grenache; one reproduced critic account specifies 43.5%. The earlier-ripening Viognier was frozen and co-fermented with the red grapes, helping cool and slow fermentation. Matured for about 23 months in 26.5% new French oak, 66.7% used oak and 6.8% concrete.
