Production Details Fruit was hand-picked early in the morning, cold-soaked for 5 days and fermented with pumpovers, with approximately 14 days on skins subject to lot-by-lot adjustment. Lots had 30–100% stem inclusion. The wine matured for 16 months in 100% neutral French oak; 87 cases were produced. The sheet lists TA as 5.3 but supplies neither a unit nor an acid-equivalent basis, so it is not proposed as total_acidity_gl. The technical table says all Maggy Hawk blocks were used, while the narrative says fruit came from 'just about every' one of 15 blocks; exact all-block scope is therefore withheld.
Tasting Notes Blood orange, subtle hops, passionfruit, guava, black fig, dried rose petal, anise seed, blueberry, violet and sangria; light entry with aligned acidity and tannin structure
