Production Details The fruit included 25% whole clusters. A four-day cold soak preceded one punch-down and one pump-over daily during a 15-day fermentation. Barrel maturation lasted 16 months; production was 75 cases and vineyard yield was 2.7 tons/acre. The site is 11 miles from the coast at 250–500 feet. Oak-fill information is internally inconsistent: the vinification section says 33% new French oak, whereas the notes describe four once-used barriques.
