Production Details This inaugural Panoplie Blanc was selected from the top 3% of the vintage’s white volume, using lots from some of the estate’s oldest blocks. Whole-cluster-pressed fruit fermented with native yeasts. The Roussanne fermented in 60- and 132-gallon oak barrels, about 20% new; Grenache Blanc fermented in neutral 1,200-gallon foudre; and Picpoul Blanc fermented in neutral acacia. All components completed malolactic fermentation. The wine was blended and returned to foudre in April 2025, then aged there for an additional eight months before bottling in December 2025.
