Grapes were hand-harvested into small boxes after selection of the best bunches. Skin maceration was followed by complete fermentation on skins, with only a portion fermented as undestemmed whole bunches. After fermentation, the wine matured for 9 months in 400 L French-oak barrels with regular bâtonnage. Recommended service is 11–13°C.
