Production Details Free-run must was settled at low temperature for 48 hours, then fermented in stainless steel at approximately 16°C for 20 days, followed by fine-lees ageing, traditional-method secondary fermentation in bottle and disgorgement after fermentation. Lees duration is conflicting: the importer specification says nine months, while the dated James Suckling review on that importer page describes six months for the 2023 wine.
Tasting Notes Bright lemon yellow; fine, persistent bubbles; delicate and perfumed nose; balanced, vibrant acidity; creamy structure; long, gentle finish.
